Money Tree 10"

$60.00

Grow your own fortune with our 10 inch Money Tree! Perfect for homes and offices, this plant not only adds a touch of green to any space but also brings good luck and prosperity.

  • Place your Money Tree in bright, indirect light. While too much direct sunlight can burn its leaves, too little light may cause yellowing or slow growth. Pro Tip: Rotate your Money Tree every two weeks to help it grow evenly on all sides.
  • When the top inch of soil feels dry, use a watering can to thoroughly water your Money Tree until excess moisture drains from the bottom of the pot. As one of the easiest houseplants to care for, the Money Tree typically only needs watering every 1–2 weeks. Pro Tip: Don’t forget to empty the saucer afterward — Money Trees don’t like sitting in soggy soil, which can lead to root rot.
  • Your Money Tree does well in average household humidity. However, if your space runs dry (especially in winter), an occasional misting can help keep your Money Tree happy. You can also boost humidity by grouping it with other plants or running a small humidifier nearby.
  • Your Money Tree is happiest in temperatures between 65-80°F. Just keep them away from drafty doors, cold windows, or blasting vents.
  • In spring and summer, feed monthly using a balanced houseplant fertilizer diluted to half strength. You can skip the fertilizer in the fall and winter — your Money Tree is resting then. Always make sure the soil is damp before applying any fertilizer.

Plant Care Tips

Will you pot my plant for me?

Yes! If you are purchasing a plant and pot at the same time, we are happy to pot the plant for you for no additional charge.

How often should I water my plants?

It depends on the type of plant and its environment. Most indoor plants prefer to dry out a bit between waterings, while others like moisture.

A general rule is to water when the top 1-2 inches of soil feels dry. Overwatering can lead to root rot, so it's better to under-water slightly than over-water.

How much sunlight do my plants need?

Different plants have varying light needs. Some thrive in direct sunlight, while others prefer bright, indirect light. Check the specific requirements for your plant, but in general, place sun-loving plants near south-facing windows and shade-tolerant plants in lower light areas or further from windows.

When and how should I fertilize my plants?

Fertilize during the growing season (spring and summer) every 4-6 weeks using a balanced, water-soluble fertilizer.

Reduce or stop fertilizing in the fall and winter when most plants are dormant.

Always follow the instructions on the fertilizer package to avoid over-fertilizing, which can damage plants.

How can I prevent pests from damaging my plants?

Keep plants healthy by providing the right water, light, and air circulation. Check for pests like aphids, spider mites, and mealybugs regularly.

If you spot them, wipe them off with a damp cloth or treat the plant with insecticidal soap or neem oil. Isolating new plants for a couple of weeks can also prevent pest spread.
