Please note orders must be placed by 11 a.m. for same-day delivery.
A minimum purchase of $30 is required to be eligible for in town deliveries, and $50 for out of town deliveries. Free delivery for orders over $150.

Fresh flowers arrive daily in both stores. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers are necessary due to seasonal availability and quality.
If this is the case with the bouquet or arrangement you've selected, we will ensure that the style and colour scheme of your bouquet or arrangement is accurate and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Please make any special requests in the order notes section during checkout and we will do our best to accommodate. We promise it will be gorgeous!

Where do you deliver flowers?
With locations in Durham and Mount Forest, we offer local delivery to a large coverage area including Arthur, Ayton, Clifford, Conn, Dundalk, Durham, Flesherton, Hanover, Harriston, Holstein, Markdale, Mount Forest and Neustadt.

What if the recipient is not home when you attempt delivery?
If you have specific instructions for the delivery of your flowers, please note them in the order notes field during checkout.
In all other cases, if the recipient is not at home when we attempt delivery, we will either:
- Call the recipient to schedule an appropriate delivery time.
- Leave the arrangement in a covered, secure area of the home (porch, garage, or other entrance).
- Leave the bouquet with a neighbour and place a message on the recipient's door with this information.
- In winter months, flowers cannot be left outside if the temperature is below 0 degrees C.
Can I order regular flower bouquets and arrangements for delivery during Valentine's Day or Mother's Day?
Yes! We also offer holiday-specific floral designs for delivery and pickup at both of our stores.
You can also order plants for delivery if you're looking for something different to give. Our plants, handmade pots, potting supplies, and gift cards are available year-round.
Do you deliver to long-term care residences and/or funeral homes?
Yes! We deliver to any address within our coverage area, including hospitals, long-term care residences and funeral homes.
Simply enter your postal code during checkout to determine if we deliver to your address. Please be sure to include the facility name and telephone number, the name of the recipient and room number or ward of the recipient, if known.
Do you do flowers for weddings and events?
Yes! We offer wedding floral packages and a la carte items for weddings and events.

Sort of! We ship any of our home goods and gift items.
We don't ship flowers or plants, but you can order them for delivery within our area.
